Do you ship internationally?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if your item arrives anything less than perfect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand plans can change. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Please reach out as soon as possible for assistance.
Can I personalize with multiple names?
In most cases, yes! It depends on the design and available space. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request and ensure everything looks balanced and beautiful.
What are the image requirements?
For the best results, please upload clear, high-quality images that are not cropped too tightly. If there are any issues, we’ll contact you before production to ensure everything looks just right.
What if there is a mistake on my order?
If the mistake was made during ordering (such as typos), we may not be able to take responsibility—but we’ll always try to help. If the error is on our side, we’ll fix it immediately and resend your item.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

No, our packages never include pricing. If you’re sending a gift, you can leave a message at checkout and we’ll include it for you.
