Returns & Refund Policy

Because each item is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items.

We take great care in creating every order exactly as submitted. Please be sure to review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
Your order number (in the subject line)
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging it arrived in

Once reviewed, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send a replacement at no additional cost. Your replacement item will ship within 3 business days.


Personalization Errors

We will create your item exactly as the personalization is entered at the time of purchase.

If an error is made in the personalization provided (spelling, dates, wording, etc.), we completely understand - it happens to the best of us. However, because each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer a refund or free replacement for customer-entered errors.

If a mistake was made on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right.


Shipping Information

Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and insurance.

  • If you need your order sooner or are placing a larger order, upgraded shipping options are available through FedEx or UPS for an additional charge. Please feel free to reach out prior to ordering, and we’ll be happy to help find the best option for you.
